Join Bharath TVS We are looking for a high-energy Service Manager to run our workshop. You will lead a skilled team of mechanics, drive service sales, and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.What You Will Do
- Run the Workshop : Manage daily workflow, accurate job cards, and timely vehicle deliveries.
- Grow Business : Drive revenue via labor targets, parts sales, and TVS AMCs.
- Track Quality : Maintain low turnaround times (TAT) and zero-defect repairs.
- Lead the Team : Train, schedule, and motivate mechanics and service advisors.
- Handle Customers : Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Manage Stock : Coordinate parts inventory and process warranty claims under TVS norms.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience :
3 to 8 years in a 2-wheeler workshop (min. 2 years managing a team).
- Education : ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Tech Skills : Expert knowledge of TVS bikes/scooters, FI engines, and electricals.
- Software : Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- License : Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
