Years of Experience :4 - 5 years

Salary :30k to 40k Gross Per Month

Overview

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for a specific section or station in the kitchen and plays a crucial role in food production and preparation. The CDP ensures that all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's standards, and assists in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation and Production :

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked and presented consistently and meet quality standards.
- Assist in planning and organizing daily production to meet customer demand.

1. Station Management :

- Take ownership of a specific section or station in the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, pastry, etc.
- Oversee the operations of the assigned station, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Sous Chef or Head Chef regarding ingredient needs.

1. Kitchen Operations :

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment,



following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations and maintain a safe work workplace.

1. Team Collaboration :

- Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and other team members.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and proficiency in a specific section or station. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
