Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Principal - HR Business Partner to partner with senior business leaders and shape the people agenda across key business teams.

• Develop deep understanding of business goals and provide strategic, tactical alignment of HR actions, support, programs, and resources adapting as needed to achieve desired results. Qualifications and Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 9+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple business lines

• Strong understanding of labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives

• Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex and fast growing organizations

• Experience in analytics, technology, consulting, qualified services, or other knowledge intensive organizations is preferred

• MBA / postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline preferred
