Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Representative at Cypher Marketing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling and lead generation, achieving company sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, monitoring and analyzing sales performance data, and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and improvement. Provide mentorship, training,



and support to junior sales team members. Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through excellent customer service. Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software. Resilient, target-driven, and adaptable in a energetic work environment. Knowledge of international sales and BPO industry is highly preferred.
