Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive - Solar Business Development to drive on-ground sales activities, generate leads, and close solar projects across the city. This is a work-from-home role with extensive local travel , ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure space.

About the company

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and convert leads for solar rooftop and solar project sales :

- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site discussions across assigned locations

- Pitch solar solutions to residential, commercial, and small industrial customers

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility

- Negotiate commercial terms and close projects end-to-end :

- Maintain accurate sales activity reports and follow-up pipelines

- Build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and vendors

- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Eligibility & Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales / business development :

- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or project sales preferred

- Comfortable with daily local travel for client meetings and site visits :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

- Take-home salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Travel expenses : Reimbursed
