We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Consultant who can design, develop, and implement end-to-end business solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities : Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security policies, and user access controls. Implement Microsoft Defender policies for secure workplace environments. Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and usage across business workflows.

Power Platform Development Build and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Design automation workflows for approvals, notifications, and business processes. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Work on the Dynamics 365 Sales module for CRM processes. Manage lead tracking, opportunity pipelines, and customer lifecycle workflows. Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform and SharePoint for seamless data flow.

Solution Design & Implementation Microsoft **Design end-to-end Microsoft ecosystem solutions for business processes. Build integrated workflows such as: o Lead Capture → Dynamics 365 → Power Automate → SharePoint → Teams → Power BI Reporting Develop industry-specific solutions such as: Construction workflows (project tracking, jobsite operations, safety checklists, approvals)

Client Interaction Gather requirements directly from clients and translate them into technical solutions. Provide regular updates, demos, and documentation to clients.



Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
