We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Admin to join our growing team.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Administration / Technical Support
- Knowledge of computer systems, networking, hardware & software troubleshooting
- Ability to manage system configurations, user access, and technical issues
- Basic understanding of server, internet, and security management preferred
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support to employees
- Handle system installations, updates, and troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, backups, and security protocols
