Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop automation solutions, including conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping automated systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and IoT to create seamless automation solutions.
- Analyzes existing workflows and implements automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare detailed designs, schematics, technical specifications, and user manuals for automation projects.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance validation to ensure reliability.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and IT teams to implement automation projects effectively.
- Ensure all automation systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
- Experience in machine learning.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of SPM (Special purpose machine) & material selection.




- Knowledge of GD&T; and in depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC-based automation systems, including scope of programming and integration.
- Understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the design or engineering department of a manufacturing company, preferably in the automation industry.
