Role & responsibilities

Tellecalling -Lead Generation: Generate potential customer leads through Meta, IndiaMART, AJIO, TradeIndia, Justdial, and ExportersIndia portals

Responsible for managing customer relationships, handling leads and enquiries from various business portals such as Meta, IndiaMART, AJIO, TradeIndia, Justdial, and ExportersIndia, conducting telecalling and regular follow-ups, updating CRM records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries, tracking pending enquiries, and supporting sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Lead Management

- Handle leads and enquiries from Meta, IndiaMART, AJIO, TradeIndia, Justdial, and ExportersIndia.
- Number of leads handled, Achieving qualified lead target ,response time, and update those leads on Crm

Telecalling & Follow-ups

- Make customer calls, follow up on enquiries and quotations, and track pending leads.
- Daily calls completed, follow-ups completed on time, and customer response rate.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Experience

Basic technical knowledge of CRM systems and online business portals.





Good telecalling and customer follow-up skills.

Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.

Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.

Ability to maintain customer records and manage follow-up schedules.

English communication is mandatory

Technical / Functional Competencies (Critical for Success in the Role)

Should have basic computer knowledge.

Should have working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Should have basic knowledge of ERP software.

Should be familiar with handling telecalling software and dialer systems.

Should be able to maintain customer records and update follow-up details accurately.
