Summary -

The Associate Finance Controller is accountable for maintaining accurate books of accounts and ensuring timely and high-quality financial closing and reporting for assigned entity/entities.

- Own the books of accounts and reported financials for assigned entity/entities.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Perform Group reporting, including OneStream reporting.
- Support corporate and management accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and closure of open items.
- Lead statutory and tax audits and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GRC and internal control requirements.
- Perform trial balance, product and NOPAT analysis, including investigation of key movements and exceptions.
- Manage stakeholders and conduct regular reviews with business partners.
- Drive process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support business requirements as needed.
- Understanding of IFRS GAAP

Position Specifications

Experience

- 4+ years of relevant and versatile ATR/R2R experience in multinational organizations.
- Hands-on experience in financial closing, reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, audit and financial analysis.
