Pan India Role: Full Stack Developer Primary Skill: Backend Development Secondary Skill: Frontend Development Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, primarily focused on backend development, along with good knowledge of frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, building RESTful APIs, database management, and integrating frontend components.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement business logic, database operations, and server-side functionalities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain frontend components as required.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Ensure code quality and follow development best practices. Required Technical Skills Primary Skills – Backend Development




• Robust hands-on experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language/framework such as Java, Python, Node.js, .
NET, or similar.
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Experience with Git, debugging, and performance optimization. Secondary Skills – Frontend Development
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design and frontend development best practices. Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience is mandatory.
• Frontend development experience is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
