Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. This role includes supervising site teams, monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors. The Civil Supervisor will manage quality control checks, verify materials and workmanship, and maintain accurate site records, reports,



and documentation. The position also involves resolving on-site issues, supporting timely completion of milestones, and communicating status updates and risks to project management. The Civil Supervisor is expected to uphold Bren’s standards of Brennovation in construction practices and site management. Qualifications
• Strong supervisory skills to lead site teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and on-site civil construction management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with project stakeholders and reporting site progress.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in residential or commercial building projects; exposure to infrastructure works is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation and use of site reporting tools or software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under on-site constraints.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and adherence to company policies.
