Role Description The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s professional team with day-to-day accounting, audit, tax, and compliance work in a structured learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting in preparation and finalization of books of accounts, conducting statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers, verifying financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. The role also involves conducting basic research on accounting, taxation, and regulatory matters, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with clients for required information and clarifications.



The Articled Assistant will help in drafting reports, organizing files, and updating internal systems to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and taxation basics.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, word-processing tools, and basic accounting or ERP software.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills for financial and regulatory matters.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn in a structured training environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of relevant professional courses (e.g., CA articleship eligibility) is preferred.
• Comfort working in office in Pune and collaborating in a team-oriented setting.
