Role Description This is a full time, in office Driver role based in Mumbai, supporting Mahad OCR’s operations related to recruitment and manpower services for driver jobs in Qatar. The driver will be responsible for safely operating assigned trucks or vehicles, following designated routes, and adhering to local traffic regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods as required, inspecting vehicles for basic maintenance issues, and keeping accurate records of trips, deliveries, and any incidents. The role also involves maintaining professional communication with coordinators and clients, providing courteous customer service,



and collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient transport. The driver may be required to follow international job standards relevant to assignments in Qatar, as guided by the company. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy vehicle license) and a clean driving record.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly with supervisors, coordinators, and clients.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally and respond to client needs respectfully.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of basic vehicle safety checks, route planning, and adherence to traffic and transport regulations.
• Previous experience in long-distance or commercial driving, especially in GCC or international contexts, is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, handle physically demanding tasks such as loading and unloading, and follow company safety procedures.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent, and eligibility to meet any visa or relocation requirements for roles in Qatar, as applicable.
