The gig You’ll be the person who helps build the GrowEasy team. You’ll find talent, talk to candidates, run hiring and make sure every new joiner feels at home from day one. You won’t spend this internship watching from the sidelines. You’ll own real work, ship it and see the results, often within the same week. What you’ll actually do
• Hunt for talent on LinkedIn, job portals, college networks and anywhere else outstanding people hang out
• Screen and connect: go through resumes and run first-round calls with candidates
• Run the interview engine: schedule, coordinate and keep things moving with no dropped balls
• Write job posts that people actually want to read (like this one)
• Own the pipeline: keep our hiring tracker clean, current and useful
• Onboard new joiners: offer letters, paperwork and making their first day awesome
