Role Description The Associate Architect role at Propall AI is a full time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the Associate Architect collaborates with product, engineering, and design teams to translate architectural plans into detailed digital models and workflows that leverage Propall’s AI capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting 2D floor plans, contributing to architectural design standards for the platform, and supporting integration of architectural outputs into software features.

The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders on project requirements, documenting best practices, and assisting in project planning and delivery timelines.

Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, provide feedback on product enhancements, and help ensure that solutions meet both technical and architectural quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to interpret 2D plans and envision 3D spatial experiences.
- Experience collaborating with Software Development teams, including basic understanding of digital tools, workflows, and product lifecycles.
- Background in Integration of architectural workflows with technology platforms or design software, ensuring smooth data and process flow.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with 3D visualization software or real-time rendering tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to document processes and standards effectively.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time across in-office collaboration in Bengaluru and remote work as needed.
- Interest in AI-driven design tools, PropTech, or digital transformation in the architecture, engineering, and construction sector.
