EngageReel is an AI-powered platform that helps D2C and consumer brands run their whole social presence from one place:

- Create, schedule and manage ads: generate on-brand video and image ads with AI and plan campaigns on a content calendar.
- Automated social posting: publish across channels on autopilot, so the right content goes out at the right time.

• Auto-reply and DM management: AI answers comments and DMs instantly, turning engagement into conversations and conversations into customers.

What You'll Do:

- Define our ICP and positioning: which D2C and consumer brands need EngageReel most, and what message makes them act.
- Build the lead-generation engine from scratch across LinkedIn, content, outbound campaigns, communities and partnerships. Test fast, then double down on what works.
- Get on discovery and onboarding calls with early customers, understand their pain points, and turn interest into active usage.
- Feed customer insights back to the product team to sharpen the product and the positioning.
- Own the funnel from lead to paying customer, and be able to explain exactly what drove each result.

What You Bring:





- 5+ years in GTM, growth marketing or product marketing.
- Current or recent experience at a SaaS company whose customers are brands that sell directly to consumers (D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands). Experience in martech, adtech or social/creator tools is preferred.
- A track record of building lead generation from scratch at an early-stage company (seed to Series B) — not running an engine someone else built.
- Comfort talking to customers: you enjoy discovery and onboarding conversations.
- Hands-on with lead-gen channels and tools (LinkedIn, email outreach, content, CRM).
- Data-driven: you know your funnel numbers and act on them.

- Not a quota-carrying sales role.
- Not a product management role.
