Role Description The Tooling Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Tooling

Engineer will design and develop tooling solutions that support LED display cabinet fabrication and assembly, ensuring components meet quality, cost, and performance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing CAD models, coordinating with manufacturing and production teams, and optimizing tooling for efficiency and reliability in injection molding and other processes. The role involves troubleshooting tooling issues on the shop floor,



collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Tooling

Engineer will also maintain documentation, support vendor interactions, and contribute to standardization of tooling practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to tooling and production environments.
- Proficiency in Tooling Design, including design for manufacturability and optimization of tools for LED cabinet fabrication and assembly.
- Hands-on experience with Injection Molding processes and related tooling, including troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and design revisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a production or assembly setting, preferably in electronics, fabrication, or display systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of basic quality control principles, tolerance analysis, and safety standards in manufacturing settings.
