Role Description The Training Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Training

Consultant will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs aligned with CITD’s areas of specialization and institutional standards.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab sessions, developing training materials and curricula, assessing participant performance, and providing feedback to support skill development. The role involves consulting with industry partners and internal stakeholders to identify training needs, customizing programs, and ensuring that course content remains current and industry-relevant.

Consultant will also support learner guidance, maintain training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering structured technical programs.
- Consulting skills to assess organizational and learner needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Effective Communication skills for clear instruction, presentations, and interaction with learners and stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation to ensure a positive learning experience and responsive support to participants and partners.
- Relevant technical background in fields such as Tool Design & Manufacturing, CAD/CAM/CAE, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
- Experience in academic or corporate training environments, with familiarity in curriculum development and competency-based training.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced technical qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple training engagements, and use digital tools for content creation and delivery.
