Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role oversees day-to-day operations on the shop floor, coordinates work schedules, allocates tasks, and monitors production processes to meet quality and output targets. The Supervisor ensures adherence to safety standards and company policies, conducts regular inspections of equipment and work areas, and reports any issues to management.

Responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, resolving operational concerns, maintaining documentation and logs, and collaborating with other departments for smooth workflow.



The Supervisor is also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise industrial or manufacturing operations, including task allocation, workflow monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff coordination, and clear communication across different levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, compliance with industrial regulations, and basic understanding of maintenance and equipment checks.
- Experience with production planning, quality control procedures, and basic reporting or documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for addressing day-to-day operational issues.
- Prior experience in mining, metals, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, industrial production, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in an industrial environment and willingness to work in shifts if required.
