– Strategic Partnerships Lead (BFSI)

Arteria Technologies is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and grow alliances with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. The role will focus on driving adoption of the FINESSART Platform, creating current business opportunities, and generating revenue through partner-led growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and BFSI institutions.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Technology teams to enable successful partner-led opportunities.
- Drive solution integration and co-branded offerings with partner organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior banking stakeholders across Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Digital Banking functions.




- Lead commercial discussions, partnership agreements, and negotiations.
- Track market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the BFSI ecosystem.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Sales within BFSI, FinTech, or Enterprise Technology.
- Strong understanding of Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, and Banking Technology.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and executive relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong network within the Indian BFSI ecosystem is preferred.
