About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Deputy General Manager
- Finance Process Excellence & Transformation to lead independent assurance, governance, reporting quality and the finance transformation agenda. The role will strengthen financial controls, standardise processes, harmonise accounting policies, and drive automation and digital finance initiatives across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Integrity & Quality Assurance: Independently review and validate MIS, management reporting packs, financial statements, and other internal and external reports before circulation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- Internal Controls & Governance: Establish, implement, and continuously enhance the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework; monitor control effectiveness and drive remediation of identified gaps.

- Automation & Digital Enablement: Identify, prioritise,



and implement automation opportunities using AI, RPA, analytics, workflows, or other appropriate technologies; track adoption and measurable advantages.

- Audit & Compliance Readiness:.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead a 2-3 member team and collaborate with Finance Operations, Business Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Technology, auditors, and entity finance teams. Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience across financial reporting, audit, internal controls, technical accounting, finance transformation, process excellence, or shared services.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, applicable local GAAP, financial statement review, ICFR, and balance sheet governance.
- Techno-functional exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred), Power BI, automation platforms, RPA, AI, and digital finance solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional change across multiple entities and geographies.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
