We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Trainer specialising in Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns and should be passionate about training students through live projects and real-world case studies. The candidate should be able to explain campaign strategies, analyse performance data, optimise campaigns for better results, and help students develop industry-ready skills. 1. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
- Deliver practical training on Facebook and Instagram Ads using Meta Ads Manager.
- Teach campaign objectives, campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and custom and lookalike audiences.
- Train students in lead generation, website conversions, WhatsApp campaigns, Instagram DM ads, and Call Now campaigns.
- Explain creative testing, ad copywriting, budget allocation, and campaign optimisation.
- Teach performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct live campaign setup, troubleshooting, and account audits. 2. Google Ads
- Provide hands-on training in Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Teach keyword research, search intent, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Guide students in creating effective ad copies, campaign structures, and landing page strategies.
- Train students to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Explain lead generation, e-commerce advertising, and campaign profitability. 3. Google Analytics & Tracking
- Train students in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Teach conversion tracking and event setup for websites and landing pages.
- Demonstrate Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking,



and tracking validation.
- Help students understand attribution, traffic sources, user behavior, and campaign performance reports.
- Teach students how to build reports, identify performance gaps, and make data-driven decisions. What We Are Looking For
- Provide live project training and help students build real-world portfolios.
- Guide students on freelancing, career opportunities, certifications, and internships.
- Prepare and continuously update training materials and case studies.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual mentorship & support.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and guest lectures (as required).
- Maintain a motivating and practical learning environment for students. Eligibility:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ads and executing digital campaigns.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring marketers.
- Prior training experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Practical experience in planning, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. We are looking for a trainer who is not just familiar with digital marketing concepts but has personally executed real campaigns, worked with advertising budgets, analyzed performance data, and solved practical campaign challenges. Candidates should be confident in demonstrating campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, and reporting rather than relying only on theoretical knowledge.
