Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain process plans, routers, setup sheets, work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Support selection of machines, cutting tools, fixtures, gauges and process parameters for recent and existing parts
• Participate in new part trials and support CNC machining, gear manufacturing and related processes on the shop floor
• Review drawings, tolerances and GD&T; and coordinate technical requirements with Production and Quality
• Troubleshoot process issues, support root-cause analysis and implement practical improvements
• Maintain process revisions, lessons learned and continuous-improvement records Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes




• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T;
• Analytical, hands-on and willing to learn gear manufacturing processes
• Basic knowledge of tooling, fixtures and process documentation Qualification:
• BE/B.
Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience
• Experience in precision machining, gears or aerospace components is preferred Pay: ₹344,000.00
- ₹1,330,000.00 per year
