Skills:

- Strong experience in C# and .
NET Core / ASP.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in React or Angular frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of Redis, caching mechanisms and cache optimization.
- Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries and query optimization.
- Experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging services.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring, P95 latency thresholds and application optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using .
NET technologies.




- Build and integrate frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis.
- Design and manage distributed services and messaging workflows.
- Optimize database queries and application performance.
- Monitor application performance, including P95 response-time metrics.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews and development activities.
- Coordinate with US clients, understand requirements and provide technical updates.
- Guide junior developers and ensure quality deliverables. Preferred

Skills:

- Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
- Experience working with international clients, especially US clients.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging abilities.
