- Hands-on Lead QA who is ready to own quality across Playo.
- Should have grown in responsibility within a product company, becoming the person the team relies on for release quality. You’ll shape how we test, build and maintain automation, investigate issues, and work closely with engineering and product to deliver reliable experiences for players and venue partners. What We’re Looking For
- Around 4+ QA experience in a product start-up, preferably a consumer startup, marketplace, booking platform or health or sports domain.
- Ideally, a sustained stint at one company with clear expansion in responsibility or promotions, including ownership of quality for a product or substantial product area.




- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation, with the ability to write, debug and extend tests independently.
- Strong manual and exploratory testing skills, with experience testing mobile applications and backend APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL, application logs and debugging tools to investigate issues beyond what appears on screen.
- Experience with tools such as Maestro, Playwright, Appium for mobile & web automation
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
- A sports enthusiast who understands what brings players together and has firsthand experience using Playo is a plus.
