- Lead the development of comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotional emails, and drip sequences.
- Work under the direction of the Marketing Automation Manager, and in collaboration with Client Service, Content, and Creative teams across the agency.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve key performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Utilize audience segmentation techniques to craft personalized messages that resonate with specific audience groups.
- Build and manage automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and share recommendations with the team and clients.
- Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
- 4-7 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms e.g., ActiveDemand, HubSpot, Klaviyo.
- Robust knowledge of email best practices, audience segmentation, and deliverability optimization.




- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HTML and email design is a plus.
