Head Demand & Supply Planning Central Planning Monitoring Controlling. Independent integration & monitoring of demand, supply, capacity, inventory & working capital risks. ROLE MANDATE Protect delivery, service quality and working capital through independent demand–supply integration and risk oversight. Challenge requirements, monitor performance against time, quality and cost commitments, and escalate exceptions requiring functional or leadership intervention. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain one integrated enterprise view of AMISP, replacement and external demand, mapped against meter inventory, RM full-kit readiness, planned manufacturing output and available capacity. Review and challenge requirements against deployment plans, site readiness, customer commitments and available inventory before functions translate demand into procurement or production plans. Integrate demand, supply, capacity and inventory risks into the S&OP; view; identify mismatches and combined impact on delivery timelines, product availability, quality and working capital. Govern S&OP; and periodic exception reviews; monitor closure of actions committed by AMISP, Manufacturing, SCM and Quality and escalate unresolved risks or decisions. Recommend allocation priorities across competing project and customer requirements when meters,



materials or manufacturing capacity are constrained. Monitor SLA performance and penalty exposure across utilities; identify early- warning indicators and escalate risks impacting project economics. Track installation plans across AMISP projects and identify risks to deployment milestones, customer commitments and revenue realization timelines. Monitor SAT plans and highlight delays that may impact project commissioning, billing milestones and contractual commitments. Monitor payment realization across AMISP projects from Utilities and investors, escalating risks impacting cash flow and working capital. Monitor project profitability, cost performance and key IRR drivers, highlighting deviations requiring management intervention. 02 EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE 12–15 years in S&;OP, demand and supply planning, central PPC, project management in EPC industry. Exposure to assembly or discrete manufacturing in the electrical / electronics industry. Experience in using PMO tools. 03 ROLE BOUNDARY OWNS Demand plan monitoring
