We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Intern to support our Internal Communications and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work on employee engagement campaigns, content creation, communication strategies, and programme coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Create engaging communication content for various employee audiences across digital platforms.
- Draft and design employee communications, announcements, stories, and campaigns.
- Support communication initiatives on platforms such as Teams, Viva Engage, WhatsApp, and other internal channels. Content Creation & Employee Engagement
- Develop content including articles, posts, creatives, videos, and campaign materials.
- Contribute ideas to increase employee participation and engagement.
- Assist in storytelling initiatives that showcase organizational culture and employee experiences. Programme Coordination
- Support end-to-end execution of DEIB programmes, events, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for communications, logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Track programme progress, participation metrics,



and maintain relevant documentation. Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva and digital communication platforms.
- Comfortable working with Teams, Viva Engage, WhatsApp, and similar collaboration tools.
- Creative, curious, proactive, and people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, HR, Psychology, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
- Prior internship/project experience in communications, employee engagement, branding, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
