- Minimum 5 years in technology operations, major incident management, command center operations, service operations, production support, planned event coordination or project coordination.
- Experience in a 24x7 operational workplace or global teams across regions and time zones.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents, planned events, readiness checks or production changes.
- Experience preparing operational updates, event trackers, status reports, action logs or similar materials.
