About the Position UPHOLD is establishing a Skill Development Center at Paderu, to bridge the gap between industry requirements and workforce skills. We are seeking a agile, English-proficient and result-oriented professional to lead the Centre, build strong industry partnerships, engage employers and create sustainable employment opportunities through demand-driven skill development. The selected candidate will take overall responsibility for the Centre, connecting the candidates with industries, corporates, hotels and businesses to understand their workforce needs and translate them into relevant training programmes and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
● Market Research: Research local job markets, emerging employment opportunities, industry trends and in-demand skills. ● Industry Partnerships: Establish and strengthen partnerships with industries, hotels, corporates, HR departments, recruitment agencies and other employers. ● Employer Engagement: Conduct regular field visits and meetings with employers to understand workforce requirements, skill gaps and recruitment expectations. ● Training Needs Assessment: Identify requirements for communication skills, soft skills, workplace readiness, business and HR skills, life skills and other job-specific competencies in coordination with the Industrial leaders. ● Demand-Driven Training: Develop and coordinate training programmes aligned with actual employer requirements. ● Workforce Mobilisation: Mobilise suitable candidates and connect them with relevant training opportunities. ● Employment Outcomes: Develop placement linkages, coordinate interviews,



facilitate recruitment and track employment outcomes for trained candidates. ● Centre Leadership: Independently manage the Centre's operations, partnerships, training activities, reporting and performance targets. Qualifications and Essential Skills ● Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, HR, Management, Social Work, Communications or a related discipline. ● Excellent spoken and written skill of English and good knowledge of Hindi with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. ● Knowledge of market research, business development, employer networking, workforce mobilisation or placement coordination. ● Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. ● Willingness to travel locally to meet industries, companies, hotels and other prospective employers. ● Ability to work independently, take initiative and achieve measurable results. Preferred

Experience:
Skill development, vocational training, recruitment, HR, corporate relations, placement services or industry partnership development. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a proactive professional who can confidently approach employers, understand their business and workforce needs, negotiate partnerships and convert those relationships into relevant training programmes and actual employment opportunities. Candidates below 30 years of age are preferred, although relevant experience, competencies and demonstrated results will be given due consideration. Pay: ₹20,000.00
