Bajel Projects Limited is looking to develop young engineering talent through its Trainee Program, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience on Power Transmission Line projects. The planned role will support field civil-quality activities, including foundation inspections, site-quality documentation, and digital quality reporting. What you can expect to learn:
- Transmission-line civil foundation inspection
- Reinforcement, concreting, and field quality controls
- Inspection documentation and quality records




- Working with Site Quality & Project Execution teams
- Digital quality systems including ISETIA and PG Nirman on applicable projects
- Practical exposure to large EPC infrastructure projects Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:
Fresher / up to 1 year Mobility: Willingness to work at project sites across India Number of openings: 50 Career direction: Civil Quality / Site Quality / Project Execution. Successful trainees are intended to receive priority consideration for future on-roll opportunities based on performance.
