Role Description The DevOps Executive will manage and optimize Volody’s on-cloud infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable delivery of the CLM platform. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with development, QA, and product teams to automate deployment pipelines, monitor system performance, and resolve production issues. Daily responsibilities include configuring CI/CD workflows, managing cloud environments, maintaining infrastructure-as-code, and implementing logging, alerting, and backup strategies. The DevOps Executive will also contribute to security hardening, performance tuning, and capacity planning,



while supporting incident response and root cause analysis. The role requires proactive communication, documentation of processes, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (such as Docker and Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming languages commonly used in DevOps (for example, Bash, Python, or similar).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (for example, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent solutions).
- Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies).
- Knowledge of network fundamentals, security best practices, and backup and recovery procedures in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies and exposure to contract management or legal tech solutions is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high availability and reliability of systems.
