Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in Medical Coding with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong coding expertise in ED, E/M, Surgery, and multi Specialty Coding.
- In-depth understanding of coding quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management abilities.
- Experience in creating a positive team workplace with open communication.
- Ability to set clear team goals, monitor performance, and drive results.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure timely delivery of objectives.




- Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, quality, productivity, and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of medical coders.
- Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring and process improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards.
