Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. The Senior Executive HR will manage employee relations, maintain and implement HR policies, coordinate performance management processes, and support learning and development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee queries, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, maintaining HR data and reports, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and engagement activities.



The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Recruitment ,Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance activities.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational standards and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT or technology services workplace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to India.
