key responsibilities
will include:
- Designing, implementing, and managing the firm’s Windows Infrastructure in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.
- Contributing to engineering project work and tier-2/3 operational support to increase the overall supportability and reliability of the firm’s enterprise technology environment.
- Upgrading and/or re-designing existing infrastructure for improved performance and stability. To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering or other technical disciplines,



with 6-15 years of work experience in the Windows domain.
- A positive understanding of Windows fundamentals and extensive experience with one or more of the following: Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V/S2D, VMware, Failover Clustering, Exchange, SQL Server, etc.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with modern configuration management and development tools (e.g., Git, continuous integration systems).
- A foundational knowledge of computer networks and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience in handling L2/L3 escalations from Helpdesk/NOC and proactively identifying and fixing issues in the production environment.
- Previous experience with the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable, and secure systems, and with troubleshooting using diagnostic and tracing tools.
- Experience with C# and/or Python (preferred).
- Experience in Linux or Storage systems (preferred).
- Prior experience of technical leadership or managing small teams (preferred).
