Job Description
We are looking for a confident and authoritative professional to manage relationships between clients and consultants. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate with impact, handle challenging situations with firmness, and ensure smooth coordination to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary contact between clients and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and ensure consultants are aligned.
- Handle escalations and conflicts with confidence and authority.
- Monitor consultant performance and ensure project deliverables are met.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through qualified communication.
- Negotiate terms and agreements effectively with clients and consultants.
- Provide updates and reports to management on progress and challenges. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong commanding presence and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make decisions firmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Prior experience in staffing/recruitment/consulting industry preferred.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
- 8-15yrs years of experience in client/consultant management roles.
