– Executive / Junior Executive Company: Narayana Health Insurance Limited Job

Location:
Bangalore, Mysore (Priority) & Shivamogga

Experience:
Minimum 1–2 Years CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify and generate new insurance leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
- Convert prospective customers into active policyholders.
- Leverage dealer, connector, and local business networks for customer acquisition. 2. Client Acquisition & Meetings
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Understand customers' financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Engage with both individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers.
- Conduct marketing campaigns in residential apartments and shopping complexes. 3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business owners.
- Develop long-term business relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. 4. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales.
- Preference for candidates from:
- Insurance
- Banking and Financial Services
- Loans
- Other financial services Education
- Graduate preferred, preferably in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related fields. Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Kannada preferred.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Comfortable with extensive local travel and field sales activities.
