PTS Diagnostics India Pvt. Ltd. (Sinocare) is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, cash flow management and financial controls. The role also involves coordinating with global headquarters and supporting business operations through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations and monthly and annual financial closures.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking transactions, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, including GST, TDS and Income Tax filings and payments.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits while maintaining proper financial documentation.
- Review distributor reconciliations, credit notes, sales schemes,



expenses and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Manage financial reporting and coordination with global headquarters, including intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, financial controls and reporting systems. Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits and budgeting.
- Experience working with multinational subsidiaries, manufacturing companies or distribution-led businesses will be preferred.
- Candidates from the healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceutical industries will have an added advantage.
- Solid working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or Oracle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and coordination skills.
