Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and deliver soft skills and behavioral training programs that enhance employee performance, communication, leadership capabilities, and workplace effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning, employee development, and creating impactful training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning and development requirements across teams.
- Design and facilitate training programs on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and professional development.
- Deliver workshops on communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.
- Develop training content, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and facilitator guides.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments,



and post-training performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Required Skills
