Key Responsibilities
Technical Presales & Solution Architecture
- Lead technical presales activities, including customer discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and technical proposal development.
- Develop high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches across Azure cloud, business applications, data platforms, and AI.
- Collaborate with SMEs to define technically feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Support effort estimations, ROMs, resource planning, and technical inputs for SOWs. Tender / RFP Response Development
- Own technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, particularly for Irish public sector opportunities.
- Map tender requirements to proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with technical evaluation and scoring criteria.
- Translate inputs from architects and SMEs into clear, compelling, and well
- structured technical responses.
- Develop technical narratives covering architecture, migration, integrations, security, implementation, and support. Azure Cloud & Migration
- Support Azure cloud migration and modernization opportunities, including infrastructure, applications, and databases.
- Understand Azure architecture concepts, including networking, compute, storage, security, identity, and governance.
- Contribute to cloud assessments, migration strategies, Azure Landing Zone design, and workload migration planning.
- Support solutioning for hybrid cloud, cloud optimization, and application modernization engagements. Microsoft Business Applications, Data & AI
- Support solutioning for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
- Contribute to Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 migrations and legacy application modernization opportunities.
- Understand Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Support Microsoft Fabric solutions covering data ingestion,



integration, lakehouse, warehousing, and analytics.
- Understand Microsoft Purview capabilities for data governance, cataloguing, classification, and lineage.
- Contribute to AI use cases involving Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Understand Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Ireland-based sales, bid management, solution architecture, and delivery teams.
- Participate in customer-facing technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Independently coordinate multiple presales opportunities while meeting tender submission deadlines. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, cloud consulting, or Microsoft technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, migration strategies, and modernization approaches.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and their integration capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and up-to-date data platform architectures.
- Experience preparing technical RFP/RFI/tender responses and solution proposals.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements and technical inputs into structured, high-quality proposals.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, cloud security, and integration patterns.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Communication Skills Mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong technical writing skills, particularly in developing clear, persuasive, and evaluation-focused tender responses.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non
- technical stakeholders.
- Confidence engaging directly with Ireland-based customers, architects, and presales leadership. Preferred Skills
