Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Perform data modeling and DAX calculations in Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests
- Document report logic, data sources, and metrics Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in BI / Reporting / Analytics development
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, Performance Tuning)
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Good understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Required Skills:
- Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL / AWS RDS
- Exposure to SSRS, SSIS, or other BI tools
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Skills:
