– Service Advisor Department: Service Industry: Automobile Reporting To: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the service centre and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance work, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely vehicle servicing.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs.
- Explain invoices and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery.




- Achieve assigned service revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic automobile technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and DMS/CRM handling. Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in an automobile service centre or dealership. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
