Role & responsibilities 1. Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company in Mumbai and will responsible for handling Medical Advisor Dermatology. 2. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the medical strategy for dermatology products in alignment with commercial objectives and global medical plans. 3. Candidate will be responsible for providing scientific and clinical expertise in dermatology to cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and market access. 4. Candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering scientific training to internal teams, including the salesforce and marketing teams, on dermatological disease areas and products. 5. Candidate will be responsible for organising and participating in Advisory Boards, medical symposia, and scientific congresses. 6.



Candidate will be responsible for gathering field insights and identifying unmet medical needs to inform medical strategy and research and development (R&D;) initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should be MBBS, MD, or PharmD in life sciences, ideally with experience in dermatology with good in Medical Affairs, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in dermatology. 2. Candidate should be good in understanding dermatological disorders, including acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and biologic therapies. 3. Candidate should be good in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Candidate should be good in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders. 5. Candidate should be positive in building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external dermatology experts.
