Key Skills
- Hands-on experience executing facade packages in commercial projects
- Solid knowledge of curtain wall systems (unitized and stick), glazing and cladding
- Ability to read facade shop drawings and architectural and structural drawings
- Understanding of facade performance

requirements:
wind load, water tightness, thermal and acoustic
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes, such as IS 875 (Part 3) for wind loads and IS 16231 for the use of glass in buildings
- Quality control and safety practices for work at height
- Contractor coordination and billing
- Software: AutoCAD, MS Excel; Revit or MS Project is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
