- Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud Support Engineer – L2 to manage cloud infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backup solutions, M365, networking, and IT security at our customer site.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, and virtual machine creation, configuration, and restoration.
- Configure and monitor VM backups, snapshots, and data restoration using Acronis, Veeam.
- Administer Windows VMs, Active Directory, Group Policies, Security, Tally and BUSY.
- Manage Linux servers, OS installation, storage, disk management, and cPanel accounts.
- Configure hardware firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.




- Manage DLP, antivirus, endpoint security, and Zero Trust security controls.
- Administer M365 and Google Workspace, including users, licenses, and access management.
- Configure Intune, security policies, and device compliance.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, resolve L2 escalations, and maintain technical documentation. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, B.
Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and L2 support.
