Team Coach (E/M Cardiology) Job Title: Team Coach E/M Cardiology

Location:
Hyderabad (Work From Office) Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of E/M Cardiology Medical Coders.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) of the team.
- Conduct regular audits and provide constructive feedback to improve coding accuracy.
- Mentor, train, and coach team members on E/M Cardiology coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Identify training needs and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Analyze quality and productivity reports and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to achieve business objectives.
- Handle escalations, resolve coding-related queries, and support the team in meeting targets.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and dashboards. Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing,



or related field.
- CPC/COC/CCS certification preferred.
- 4-7+ years of experience in Medical Coding with strong expertise in E/M Cardiology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead, SME, or Team Coach.
- Strong knowledge of E/M guidelines, Cardiology coding, auditing, and quality processes.
- Valuable communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Key Skills
