Role Summary: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
- Manage recruitment trackers and reports.
- Roll out offers and follow up on joinings.
- Support onboarding and hiring process compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.
