Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Quality Head with strong expertise in PET preform injection moulding, hot runner moulds, PET blowing machines, and quality management. The ideal candidate will maintain product quality standards, troubleshoot production-related issues, optimise manufacturing processes, and lead the quality team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across PET preform manufacturing and related production processes.
- Oversee the operation and quality parameters of PET preform injection moulding machines and hot runner mould systems.
- Apply hands-on expertise in PET blowing machines and troubleshoot related quality and production issues.
- Identify root causes of defects, process deviations, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor product quality parameters, including weight, dimensions, appearance, leakage, and other applicable specifications.
- Establish and maintain quality-control procedures, inspection protocols, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimise rejections, wastage, and downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and productivity.
- Lead, train, and develop the quality team while fostering accountability and quality consciousness.




- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Analyse quality data, prepare reports, and present improvement plans to management. Key Skills

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in PET preform manufacturing or the plastic packaging industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of injection moulding processes, hot runner moulds, and PET blowing operations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable quality improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing quality teams.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Qualification: CIPET / B.
