Role & responsibilities
- Investigate product shortages and stock discrepancies across retail stores.
- Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities.
- Conduct surprise store audits and physical stock verification.
- Identify theft, pilferage, billing irregularities and employee negligence.
- Investigate missing products and identify the root cause of stock losses.
- Coordinate with store managers and audit teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare investigation reports with supporting evidence.
- Implement corrective measures to prevent recurring stock losses.
- Monitor inventory movement, inward and outward transactions. Preferred candidate profile
